In spite of the fact that ENMARES Helicopter Transfer Vehicle (E-HTV)^* has been designed and manufactured as a defence project to transfer a helicopter from a point to the other in both naval and land operations, it can be used for many similar civil aviation applications. The system can be featured an integrated guide-lock that fixes the vehicle to the vessel through a rail with a special cross section in order to maximize the safety of on-the-deck helicopter operations. The vehicle is made of 100% stainless steel for naval applications and all subsystems (translation, steering, lifting etc.) is driven by a 24 V DC electric source. E-HTV can carry up to 7500 kg, with a 2-hour nonstop operation capability, without requiring a break for an intercharging. All ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) documentation has been prepared by ENMARES engineering team and supplied together with the vehicle as a part of standard product package.

This product can be customized upon customer’s request for adaptation to different types of rotary-wing platforms.
