ENMARES carries out lightweight composite ballistic protection projects in turnkey manner for many years; especially for relatively high-speed special naval platforms where the total weight matters. Our composite ballistic protection packages having 19,8 kg/m2 specific weight density fulfill the Level I BR6 protection requirements of STANAG 4569 specification.
We commence the process in conjunction with our customers’ engineering team in design stage of vessel, analyze and 3D model the zone to be ballistically protected, complete as-built installation drawings together with the last updated design of the vessel structure. We also give armor supply, shoot tests in accredited laboratories, certification and on-site installation services upon customer request.
